At the border realms between chillhop, chillpop, and ambient, NY-based Peter Bark has set up his lounge chair and beach towel. The opener Condensation drips out from a cabana speaker in the distance. A lounge anthem with fizzy, bubbling percussion and warm sine-wavy chords. The rest of the EP foams up warmly in the same fashion—top notch jacuzzi vibes. The closer windswept ends things on a more tranquil note, stretched out chords and distant melodies playing off each other for a quiet sort of transcendence. Just let loose and enjoy.
